Thom States is a Draftsman and has been with Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems since 1997. He has been involved in drafting since 1991.

As a Draftsman, he develops mill plant equipment layout drawings and structural support drawings for projects ranging from pellet mills, coolers, and conveyors to mill foundation layouts. He is particularly experienced in troubleshooting ACAD drafting.

Thom holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Community College of Allegheny County and has additional training in ACAD and Micrograph software.
