Oren Elkins is a Field Superintendent and joined Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems in 1992. He has been involved in operations and construction of material handling and storage facilities and feed manufacturing plants since 1970.

As Field Superintendent, Oren oversees all construction, property development and project activities for the particular construction projects.
