Frank Nelson, P.E. is a Field Superintendent and joined Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems in 2005. He has been involved in operations and construction since 1974.
As Field Superintendent, Frank has had an active career in international construction project management, for Rice Mill, Flour Mill and Grain Storage Facilities as well as in the Steel Making Industry in Iran, Kenya, Turkmenistan and Egypt as well as in domestic projects.
Frank retains a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
