Vince Marze is Purchasing Manager and joined Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems in 2000. He has been involved in the procurement of equipment and materials, project estimating and contract negotiations for the construction of turnkey glass manufacturing plants and bulk material handling systems for both the domestic and international markets since 1990.

As Purchasing Manager, Vince is responsible for managing the purchasing, procurement, expediting, and shipping of all goods and services required for our turnkey and construction management projects. In this role, he serves as a primary interface between various disciplines in order to maintain project schedules, often juggling multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail. Vince is accountable for quality, functionality and costs.

Vince is also involved with technical reviews, selection of vendors and contractors, evaluation of commercial terms and conditions, and initial and final purchase contract negotiations. He has participated in numerous projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million.

Vince is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining our companies, Vince was a Senior Buyer for a company specializing in engineering, design, and construction to the glass industry. At his former position, he was involved considerably with international work with combined projects totaling over $200 million.
