Bruce Mandella, P.E. is a Project Manager and joined Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems in 2005. He has been involved in engineering, construction, and project management in bulk materials handling and site development for both foreign and domestic projects since 1968. Bruce has managed numerous projects, serving as senior project manager and director of contract engineering and administration in the past for Dravo Corporation, Svedala and Metso Minerals.

As Project Manager, Bruce is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including design engineering, equipment specifications, installation and construction packages, purchasing, and field construction. Some notable projects include a very successful large turnkey constructed feed mill project with inherent difficult site related issues and strong performance regarding safety, quality and schedule on a grain storage expansion project on a very space limited site at an operating facility.

Bruce is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Structural Engineer and has authored several published articles and presented papers in the bulk materials handling industry.
