Will Kisner is a Project Manager and has been with Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems since 1996. Prior to being promoted to Project Manager, Will held the position of Drafting Project Leader, where he specialized in drafting and design. He now works directly with clients, construction superintendents, subcontractors, and our engineering department to keep projects flowing smoothly-on time and on budget. His projects involve both new construction and renovation work, ranging from large new facility projects to various process and material handling equipment upgrades.

As Project Manager, depending on the project and its status, Will's day-to-day responsibilities may include: managing and coordinating project construction; scheduling equipment and material deliveries; aiding in design, engineering, and drafting; maintaining project communications, and writing project specifications. A particularly significant project encompassed a major renovation executed in phases, including process equipment upgrades, an additional grain and rail receiving storage facility, pneumatic bulk material handling conveyance systems, and a total implementation of a new full mill control system. This vast project, two years in duration, required many man-hours and stringent attention to detail in scheduling field construction shut downs and equipment deliveries over each project phase, all while the mill was still producing feed.

Will is a graduate of Washington Institute of Technology with an Associate's degree in Computer Drafting and Design Engineering as well as several years of hands-on experience at the job site through a broad range of projects.
