Bill Casciola, P.E. is Lead Structural Engineer and joined Wagester & Lease and Port-Land Systems in 2006. He has been involved in the engineering industry, including analysis and design of structural steel and concrete structures/foundations, as well as project management experience since 1973.

As Lead Structural Engineer, Bill is an integral part of all structural design and construction projects in our companies. In addition, Bill has acquired valuable field experience over the years that aids in his ability not only to provide cost-effective designs, but also to work well with our clients and contractors.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is currently a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, New York, California, Michigan, Delaware, Virginia, Nebraska, North Carolina, Florida, Maryland and New Jersey.

Bill is currently registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and is a member of American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
